According to the TudumByNetflix, the scandal is triggered when Dalton’s husband, Dr. Alex Anderson is abducted during his medical mission in French Guiana. French President Vivienne Toussaint is entered when the kidnapping reaches a threatening point of releasing the obscene video of her stepson.
